wafu linen clothing
Do you know how slowly people weave this light linen yarn?
Actually, it's slower than you thought.
Some might think "is it really productive?"
We think it IS productive for making something very beautiful and meaningful.
And Japanese craftspeople like to make something very beautiful and meaningful even if it takes much longer time than to make it roughly with machines.
This fabric proves that.
And our job is to make beautiful clothes with the meaningful material.
That's why we finished this dress.
Thoughtful details like ruffle neck, wave pin-tucks, tie belt, twill weave, definitely elevates you.

It gets softer and more comfortable after multiple washes. Dyed linen may transfer color and lint when first washed. Please wash it separately to avoid color transfer. After a few washes there will be minimal to no color transfer. It may have nep (pilling) on the surface. *The color of the fabric may vary slightly due to production.

It's perfect size on me and flattering even with proper room. The fabric feels so soft and comfortable!! The hem comes 15 below my knees and the cuffs hit middle of my upper arm. It's nice that my inner-wear can't be seen through the arm hole.

I usually wear a flattering dress and this dress fits me well. Looks so elegant! The hem hits mid-calf on me and the sleeve is mid-upper arm length.
This dress is right size on me as roomy oversized dress. Actually, I don't like standing collar because my neck is not so long. But this standing collar is very nice on me thanks to the roomy neckline and ruffle detail. The hem comes above my ankles.
I thought this dress could be too bulky to wear, but actually it's not. Of course it's roomy but in a good way especially thanks to the ruffle neck, wave pin-tuck and tie belt. The hem reaches bottom of my shins and the cuff comes 10cm above my elbow. There is a lot of room around my shoulders and arms.
